"The dentist at this location is totally unprofessional, I have a broken wisdom tooth on my very first visit he took an x-ray and told me that I needed to schedule an appointment to get it removed when I came back to get the tooth removed he let me know he couldn't remove it and that I needed to reschedule an appointment with a oral surgeon I'm not understanding why he did not see that at my very first visit I have been dealing with a tooth pain for over a month and still waiting on a scheduled appointment for a real dentist to be able to remove my tooth I don't appreciate him wasting my time I've had a total of two visits with him and I still have a chipped wisdom tooth the staff up front was very accommodating but the dentist needs to be replaced it doesn't seem like he knows what he's doing"

"One time, many years ago, I had a dentist put his knee on my chest and literally ripped my head side to side by my tooth until it came out... absolutely horrifying!!!! It took me a while to go back to any dentist after that... finally get enough gusto to go again, and the new dentist will only do 4 at a time and had a 6 to 8 week gap between visits required... turned into 10 to 12 weeks every time... my dad started a year after me at Destiny Dental and had his new teeth in a few months.. so I made a call to them and set up an appointment. They got me in 2 days later. I personally like and enjoy every person who works there I have met!!! I was raised to give respect to others, and it has been returned in full by staff! They are not only knowledgeable and professional but friendly and funny.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Only a few months later and full extraction is done, and on the last leg of fakes!!! 1 more appointment to go!!!! Thank you, ladies!!!!... ***UPDATE***1/3/2024 got my teeth in and they are awesome!!!!!! So happy!!!"

"Shoved a paper in my face about complications to sign right after deep cleaning, didn't prescribe antibiotics, didn't discuss options for a broken tooth.My teeth were not hurting before I went in, but afterwards, I ended up having infection in the gums for a month. At cleaning, numbing agent used leaked in my mouth from syringe. I was afraid to swallow because of heart condition. Was told Dr would be gone for 3 weeks when I called about pain. It doesn't take long for infection to spread, but they did not see this as an emergency.I am not so sure I'm out of the woods yet."

"My children's teeth, my teeth should have never been neglected. But with them that is what you get. They will pray on your pain and pull teeth, without explaining to you the horror to follow. Even promises of a partial after pulling then tell you. You don't qualify. Sadness They use dollar store product for filing which falls out on the kid's. And if you don't have the right insurance that is good for dental, they are the only people you can see."

"Dr. B is the best. He has patience and takes his time. He listens and make you feel comfortable. The staff from the front desk Monica, to the assistants in the back are all amazing. I recommend this dental office to anyone."
