"Crossover Health has no mental health program. Their mental health staff is nonexistent they lie. They don’t know how to operate their platforms. None of their employees can figure out how to even send a message for me or check my medication‘s. All they have done is string me along and string me along and stringing me along. They are the worst place to go for mental health. I was literally told to go find my own mental health at the University of Michigan and I think the implication was also maybe I should turn to street drugs the woman who is the worst is Antoinnette and Julian who both completely lied straight up about my appointments my medication‘s they are the worst place you could possibly go for mental health They don’t offer any please beware of CrossoverHealth"
"Unprofessional staff, from the moment you enter the office. Everytime I go I have to see a different Dr. Now they don't even have Doctors. Physical Therapy is a JOKE. Instead of working on treatments and exercise for my bad shoulder, all she does is tell me how great (so she thinks) she is. Then how I NEED to be seen by EVERYONE that works in that place. Too bad, they used to be good. Now all they do is gossip about other patients."
