"Like the staff alot. One lady that worked there was so sweet and inviting. She was let go before my visits would end, which really sucks because she was awesome. But they make you feel like you known each other for years there. My only complaint would be not washing hands enough after changing patients."

"Staffs in this hospital are so irresponsible and careless people. They don't attend the call for 10mins and more(even after holding for 30min no use as it will disconnect automatically and i tried as well), keep it for hold. Also even for small application requests or confirmations/queries, we have to call them continuously everyday and remind them. Even with daily follow up call they don't do the patients favored job and such a careless staff they are. I requested an Handicapped parking application which needs to be filled and signed by a doctor, they told they will make it ready by end of this week and call me back to pick it up. And they didn't call me at all. But I was calling everyday after the due time and still they are so careless and lies more. Trust less hospital, staff and doctors. Even the Orthopedic Doctor he was so careless that he is not practical. Doctor always refer to google, theory and follow that. Even he didn't look at my Knee MRI images and said i have to go for ACL surgery. He has just seen my MRI lab report and told he will refer to MRI images during the surgery and i have to go for surgery. Staff people are liers, careless people, trust less people feels like they are not nice Americans. Eve n for my MRI appointment i had to call them and remind and do follow up every day. Fed up in doing follow up for even small small things."
"When I refer my Ortho and ENT patients there is no substitute. Dr. Hammoud and Dr.Alammar have handled the most complicated surgical cases with excellent results. Highly recommended."
