"I have been going to CNS for years and it is an awful clinic. First off you can't call the receptionist to make appointments with your worker or therapist, you have to contact them directly and it's endless phone tag if you happen to miss an appointment. Also, you HAVE to meet with a case manager once a month in order to receive services, I liked my case manager but never understood why having one was at all necessary. They also wont let you change your therapist, I tried to change mine recently and they wouldn't let me. I'm told it's because they are short-staffed when it comes to therapists, which is not a good sign for a mental health clinic. That was the last straw for me, I'm seeking services elsewhere. This place is fine for prescription refill's but don't count on receiving quality therapy."

"I am a new patient. I've called multiple times to get appointments coordinated and every single time I am leaving a voicemail for someone. Noone answers the phone, except the receptionist. Not a single call back either. Also, who knew telehealth is done in the office?? Not just on your phone or own computer!!"

"Ray Hicks from Cns health care is not only a bad person but a bad communicator. I instructed him multiple times that I followed up the steps I was supposed to in order to receive my medication. It took three weeks for me to get my appointment. Then I talk to Ethel who was my prescriber for whatever reason it takes them over a week to give their patients medication. Because I’m not a doctor and I am not employed at this facility I called my social worker as I should because when I go to pick up my medication and it’s the fourth time that I come in the doctor has not pre-authorize my medication they then believe that the prescription is faulty. I told Ray Hicks this and he offered no solution he told me the same ignorant things which were pretty much I have to wait until someone named Teresa pre-authorize my medication. When people call places like this they already don’t want to put their business out there. They need the medication that they are asking for and in my case I had a 15 to 18 year history on the medication I was hoping to receive. This place is ran like a madhouse and the social worker Ray Hicks needs a new job maybe one where he does not talk to the customers because regardless of any situation we all must know whether you have insurance or not even if you don’t get the medication that you want it they still get paid. They are their pay out of pocket as a patient or they charge your insurance company you cannot let healthcare places do this to you because God for bid if we miss a payment is on our credit score"

"After calling multiple times and being told for the past three weeks they could get me in and get me medication, I am still unmedicated and not doing well. Maybe tell patients when they start the process they need to do an intake screening THEN a new patient sign up. I’m so wildly unmedicated and not okay and this is so dragged out and ridiculous. Mental health specialists don’t let people go cold Turkey off SSRI’s for weeks on end."
