"The worst people I have ever dealt with, don’t go here. Waited an hour past my appointment time just to be seen. Told me I would get my test results back within 2 days, has been 2 weeks. When I call asking for my results they leave me on hold for 30 minutes and then just send me to voicemail. If I could I would have those rude, unprofessional, incompetent women fired."

"I had an incredibly frustrating experience at DMC Multi-Specialty Clinic as they failed to grasp the importance of seeing my own doctor and instead advised me to go to Emergency care, despite it not being relevant to my situation. It was clear that they did not understand the significance of continuity in care. Going to urgent care and explaining my entire medical history to a new doctor is far from an ideal solution, especially when DMC Multi-Specialty Clinic could have dedicated specific time slots for urgent patients who needed to see their own doctor. This lack of consideration for patients' needs left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and concerned about the clinic's approach to providing appropriate and personalized care."

"Doctor Brazil is amazing, I've only ever seen her once, but I knew she would help me. Kind, considerate and fun. Those are 3 words that I would use to describe her, and her staff! I asked her if I could be sedated for an exam, and she recommended an ultrasound instead, because I am tiny inside and a pap would hurt. I have a follow-up appointment with her after my ultrasound"

"Dr. Brazil is one of the kindest, sweetest, and understanding doctor I have ever encountered in my chronic illness journey. She knew from the beginning I had endometriosis and no other doctors believed me. She performed my surgery and found out I have a bad case of endometriosis. She is very helpful even with urgent/emergency situations. I would recommend Dr. Brazil to women for OBGYN gynecology. She is a wonderful doctor, and goes out of her way to help you."

"I was getting the run around about scheduling an appointment between this office and Harper pro where dr dhar is. I called yesterday literally crying in pain because Harper pro told me I could not see dr dhar until 3 months from now. The girl Maria was so nice helped me out and said that she didn’t understand why they would say that to me apologized and scheduled me for this Thursday. I just wanted to say thank you soo much Maria you are always so nice friendly and welcoming. Verlinda is always very nice as well but takes a long time to call back. I will now be taking my business to this location where they care about patients and our needs."
