"When people work in the health industry they should be more kind and mindful on how to treat other people when they come in to be seen, if we do come in here is for a reason and not just because. People feel sick and here they just treat you like whatever and they don’t care. I was waiting here for longer than 1 hour to be seen and the answer was that they also take walk ins, which I understand but I have an appointment that needs to be meet, I need to be seen just like any other person. Maybe next time before taking all the walk ins, be mindful of do it leaving enough time to also see the people with appointments."
