"Zero Stars. Terrible bedside manner, conduct unbecoming of a pediatric facility. My child was embarrassed by the doctor telling her directly that she is overweight and should control her self better. This was an initial intake appointment searching for a new doctor for kids. Complete embarrassment as a medical Facility. Knowing they did not have records yet, made verbal assumptions to their medical history, stating to the kids, that they just need more self control. My kids are autistic and have ADHD. The lack of care they or us was shown was truly horrible. I do not recommend this location to anyone. They have zero compassion and care."

"Everyone is nice but the facility seems very outdated and I worry about how clean it is. The sink was dirty and there's carpet in the scam rooms. It didn't leave me with a good feeling. I personally would look elsewhere for a pediatrician."

"I brought my son's here once and I won't be back. I don't like the outdated weight scale. It looked like it is from 40yrs ago and I thought had mold on it. I was told it was paint.. The decorations on the walls are peeling stickers. If they don't maintain the facilities appearance I'm worried about the care they provide. When entering I noticed another family in another room and when seeing the Dr their room was wide open. I had to tell the nurses at the front desk what paperwork I needed to fill out for the release of information from their old pediatrician and allergy specialist, since I we were new there! The Dr seemed nice, but brushed off my concerns I had with my son's about them possibly having parasites from my dogs. I told the Dr one of my son's has an epi pen and he said my son probably doesn't need it since he hasn't been exposed alot to what it's for. But my son has the same allergies as my husband. That is to many red flags for me. I won't be back. I have a 3 stroke rule, 3 red flags and I won't be back."

"The reviews on here are ridiculous. I took my kids in and all they did was push for vaccinations. They also shot my child's finger with a huge needle they did not warn me about they made it seem like it would be a little prick to test for lead but i never got a phone call back about the results so im sure it was for samples. The nurses and front desk look like their souls are gone and The doctor did not acknowledge or answer any of the questions and concerns i had for my child, he just said "not to worry about it". But when i kept persisting he said "do you just want me to write a diagnosis or something" ....noo i wanted you to address my concern. At the end of it i was charged $90. Go to a pediatrician that actually cares for the kids not just the money."

"I love this office and Dr. Al-Ado is amazing with kids! I’ve tried a few pediatricians for my son and after finding Dr. Al-Ado we both were so much happier. My son has been going to him now for almost 5 years. I also love that in this office the doctor is the one to give the child any immunization shots. The other offices prior it was always different nurses. I don’t know how to explain it but the way he gives the shot, my son hardly ever cries and it’s not an agonizing process at all. He is an amazing doctor and the staff at the office are all so friendly and helpful, also very easy to work with!"
