"Be sure to get an invoice BEFORE going back to a room. They will add tests and charges without your knowledge! Then they will tell you it's not optional testing, you just have to pay the unexpected charges. An exam that should have cost me $10 out of pocket cost me $50. BE AWARE!"

"First I would like to say that the staff and doctor were all very knowledgeable and friendly and they had some pretty great technology however the office was filthy dirty. They did sanitize all the equipment before use however the office itself was dirty. It Looked like the floors hadn’t been cleaned since last summer. I’m sorry but w all the staff they have I don’t think it would take much to have someone mop the floors each day and sanitize things. That was huge turn off off for me. I went to use the restroom and there’s a doctor (Not the one I saw) in a back office sleeping in a chair w the door wide open. I wish I could take naps at my office at my desk lol. Very unprofessional. It was also uncomfortably hot in there as well. I was sweating the entire time. Then on top of all that the glasses selection was terrible and way overpriced. I found one frame I liked but I could not get those as they were in the section that was off limits to me. I found another pair and they were well over $300! I politely asked for a copy of my prescription and went down the street and bought a much cuter pair of glasses for half the price."

"This place cheaped out with the materials used on frames. The first time I received a pair from these guys, I could bend, flex, and manipulate the temple pieces however I wanted. Though these movements were not intentional, I am just giving you a picture of the flexibility of what used to be legendary engineering. Later along the line, I left them in the street and the only force that could destroy these frames was a 16 wheeler trailer. I went on to purchase a new pair. Long story short, they are broken. What caused this? I don't know. They just fell apart on my face. I will never give this sorry excuse of a business another penny. Good employees though."

"If I could give 10 stars I would! I woke up with an eye emergency (corneal abrasion). I had never been to this office before, so I was a bit nervous calling with a problem being that I was not an established patient. The staff was absolutely AMAZING! They listened to my problem and asked if I could come in within the hour. Everyone was so professional and empathetic. The dr showed sincere concern and made sure I understood completely what was going on and what needed to be done. I truly can’t wait to use My Eye Dr for my entire family and our vision needs! Thanks so much for being FANTASTIC!!"

"I've been going here for a few years now. I have to say that this place has the most INCOMPETENT staff of any doctors office I've ever been to. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've placed an order for contacts they always mess up my order. Dr Lesnick was also kind of rude the last time I came in. I will be finding a new eye doctor when it's time to order new contacts. Unless you are looking for a headache, I'd go so where else"
