"The tester who worked with my child was wonderful -- good energy, good communication with me, etc. -- but the Center is TERRIBLE at follow-up or responding to messages. I've had to contact them several times for information and it takes them weeks and multiple attempts to respond. I received my verbal results on Aug 8th and as of Sept 18th, they STILL have not sent the official form or connected me with the case worker I was promised. I don't know why Beaumont uses them, but I think I'll be letting them know it's a terrible service."
"If you'd like to ever receive a report after your evaluation, make sure to go somewhere else. I've called several times looking for the report in the past TWO MONTHS and still am waiting. I can't get a hold of anyone and will be filing grievances and complaints with the insurance company and the State. This is unacceptable!"
"Initially, I thought that this was a good place to go although I did have to wait a while for both the intake appointment as well as the four hour appointment. I was still pretty optimistic after the intake appointment and they went over my son’s results. They said that they would be emailing them to me, but they did not give a clear guideline on when that would happen. I waited about two weeks cause they said oh it could take up to four weeks to a month. I waited till the end where to put it right around the time for my son to start back school I called they said I said I’ve been received them they were going to contact the doctor and it’s still been two weeks. I have not heard anything. His school is asking so I’ve been calling on a consistent basis and they’ve gotten to the point where they don’t answer my calls. They don’t return my calls and they pick up and hang up when they do answer. Not only am I found a complaint with the OCO I think that I’m going to have to get a lawyer involved to sue them for pain and suffering because at this point it is completely ridiculous. Update: so after calling numerous times today and leaving this review, they called back and of course they had an attitude The lady called and asked me to confirm that I received the email and went to my spam, which was fine, but for them to have an attitude after they neglected to do their medical duty and provide follow-up paperwork as they were supposed to. I really don’t appreciate their unprofessionalism. I definitely will not go back because this was a stressful encounter and he is not getting the tools that he needed to have gotten in school when it first started to do to their negligence."
"The unprofessionalism is unparalleled. Waited 4 months for an apppintment. Then an additional 2 months for the follow-up results via TELEHEALTH. And these so called professionals can't even be bothered to show up to it. Waited in the Google meet lobby for over 45 minutes, no answer. Of course there's no direct line you can call to see what's up. And the general line just sends you to voice-mail. They got a strongly worded voice-mail from me. I'll tell ya! They have no problem billing your insurance hundreds of dollars to run all these test, but can't be bothered to attend the follow-up. So now, over 9 months later I still have NO ANSWERS for my son and im out hundreds of dollars. What a disgrace of a company. Absolutely abysmal."
"The intake meeting was a 1/2 hour late. Then when we finally got our appointment 3 months later, the woman testing our 5 year old son was extremely impatient and seemed like she didnt want to be bothered. This was a second evaluation for our son, and it was a complete waste of time. The day of the follow up, there was never a link for us to meet with the doctor. I waited and waited, and then finally got a 15 minute call from the doctor. He read the file as he spoke with me. I didn't hear anything I didn't already know, or have in place for his learning. I can't believe the pediatrician's office recommended this place. Go somewhere else."
