"Unfortunately I had to see Dr. Ducu because Dr. Berke was not in and that did not go so well. She was totally disengaged and it seemed like she just wanted to get off the phone - the telehealth call was a total of 3-4 minutes. She prescribed nothing and instead told me to pick up something at the pharmacy that was over the counter. When I went to the pharmacy to get the item the pharmacist gave me a really surprised look that she had told me to pick that up. Anyhow, long story short I ended up having to go to urgent care later in the day for the same issue that I had just seen Dr. Ducu for which meant that my copay for that visit was money down the drain. Urgent care prescribed something and I finally felt better. Very unhappy with my experience with her."

"I'm a fairly new patient and have had only terrible experiences so far with both billing and wait times at this place. The three times that I've had appointments, I've waited over an hour past my appointment time to actually see a doctor. I waited 2.5 hours past my scheduled appointment time for my latest appointment and received no updates from the front desk while waiting or even an apology. I also had to argue for weeks with billing about getting charged for my annual physical lab work earlier this year. My billing dispute had to be done solely over e-mail because they didn't even have a number you could call to speak to someone - which is beyond ridiculous. The front desk staff have also been incredibly rude and unhelpful whenever I've called or visited the office even when just scheduling an appointment. There is nothing wrong with the doctor I've seen but every other aspect of this office is just horrible. Will definitely be finding a new primary care provider."

"I've been a patient of this clinic for over 20 years and I cannot tell you how much I love this team. My doctor (Johnstone) is well educated, kind, patient and a good listener. The clinic offers all standard tests from EKG to ultrasound to bloodwork to X-rays and the teams who perform these tests are the best in the business (seriously, Mona is the best phlebotomist around). I had some health issues a couple weeks back and when I called Laura (front desk), she went above and beyond (and then some) to get me seen by my doctor that very day. My mom's doctor recently retired and I recommended her to my doctor. My daughter recently changed doctors to my doctor as well. The whole medical team is taking good care of my family and my appreciation is beyond words."

"Dr. Summers and Dr. Berke have been my treating physicians for many years. They are the most thorough doctors I have ever seen. I appreciate Dr. Summer's patient demeanor and bedside manner. I value Berke's keen knowledge in supplements and integrative medicine as I would prefer to heal as naturally as possible. There have been times when I was uncertain what was going on medically and they were both extremely diligent in running the appropriate tests and bloodwork. Regarding bloodwork, I am a difficult draw with veins that are small, crooked and easily collapse, but Mona is able to tap my vein every time. I no longer experience panic or cold sweats when a blood draw is necessary. Next, Laura at the front desk has been extremely helpful in whatever capacity required. She helped me navigate a potential insurance nightmare and I am forever grateful. During a difficult health challenge, she willingly uploaded results to my patient portal to help reduce my concern and quickly scheduled appointments to abate my worry. It is so nice to feel warmly welcomed upon arrival and to be treated with kindness and respect. A few years ago, I pulled my son from his pediatrician because I wanted him to receive the same care I was receiving. He adores the physicians too and appreciates Mona, although he still would still prefer to not have a poke. Overall, there is a level of trust and confidence that helps me sleep at night. Another wonderful plus is that the clinic does onsite x-rays, ultrasounds, bone density tests, and bloodwork. They may even do more, but I have utilized these services. What a time saver to not have to run from one facility to another to obtain these services and then wait weeks for the next appointment. The only drawback is the time spent in the lobby waiting for the doctor. Dr. Summers often runs way behind. I have come to accept that it is part of the package because the other components are so important to me. So, bring a book and settle in. You will not be disappointed in the experience."

"I’ve been a patient here since I was a child (29 now). Dr. Berke and Dr. Johnstone are the doctors I see and both are great. Any time I’ve seen Dr. Summers in the past he’s been wonderful as well. Mona who does blood work is amazing, it’s always quick and painless - she does it perfectly every time. The front desk team is always very helpful, but I want to give a special shout-out to Laura, as she’s been extremely helpful, caring and kind every time I have a question, need to schedule an appointment or otherwise - I can always trust she has my best interest at heart, and will help me however she can.
