"Dr. Raju is an excellent provider. She always has an ear to listen and does a through job of explaining things I have questions about. Candace, her super duper support staff is always kind and helpful. She is always available and she can get me in to see Dr. Raju even with late notice. I have a busy schedule but Candace always manages to get me in and out of the office in record timing. It’s not unusual to see Candace, answering the phone, doing an EKG, and/or getting a patients vital signs. Dr. Raju’s office is a well oiled wheel!! If the team can improve the front desk / on the call communications and have relaxation over policies and insurance handling it can make a lot of difference.."
