"At first I rated this clinic 5 stars because my provider is great. However, they won't fill out a simple questionnaire for the ADA so that I can have accommodations for my employer... they're telling me it's "their policy" to refuse to fill out paperwork. Remember that before you allow these people to "care" for you or your chronic condition. REPREHENSIBLE. I literally can't go anywhere else, nor to my NEW PCP, because PRS is the only clinic I've ever seen for this condition. I'm appalled. Shame on these so-called medical professionals. UPDATE: 4 days ago I called for a refill. Made an appointment and paid my bill. Today, STILL NO MEDICATION. They tell me their power is out. HOW does a medical clinic NOT have a generator or downtime protocol?? I need my medicine and I'm now out. They don't care about their patients."
"Awful, AWFUL place. They don't care about their patients. Hope they enjoy their ONE STAR RATINGS from all these people and myself. You would think they'd read some of them and make some positive changes. Absolutely disgusting the way they treat people."
"If you want to be lectured on an addiction that you may or may not have, get treated poorly by staff, wait an hour past your appointment time, wait forever on the phone if anyone ever picks up then this is the place for you! If you want Suboxone, you’ll find it here. That’s all they offer. I actually got to meet the doctor for my first visit, and instead of listen to me, he lectured me on the 12 steps. Insurance gets messed up here and don’t be surprised if you get charged for the entire bill."
"Wish I could give less than 1 star. I can't review the doctor because, although my appointment was supposed to be with him, he wasn't there for my appointment. They scheduled 2 other people at the same time as my appointment with a single provider in the office so my appointment was delayed by at least 30 minutes. Before my appointment I double checked with everyone that my insurance was accepted and they had all necessary paperwork. After a delayed and adversarial appointment, in which they accused me of being addicted to drugs and/or alcohol despite no evidence of that, they refused to take my co payment. I cancelled my follow up appointment and 6 weeks later got a bill for the entire amount of my appointment. They assured me that my insurance had been billed correctly but refused to pay. Insurance company said no claims had ever been filed. They contacted the office and 4 months later (while I kept getting bills for the entire amount) I got a bill for only the amount of the copay they'd previously refused. What made me write this review is that last week (6 months after my first appointment) they called and left me a voice mail stating they had received a new referral for me and I needed to call and make an appointment. No doctor sent in a new referral for me. I called the office they claimed sent it to double check. The only referral from them was the initial insurance referral 6 months ago. This office has beyond questionable billing tactics and just straight up lies when it suits them. So, I'm updating this review 2 months after I wrote it. I sent a payment through my bank and can see that it was endorsed and deposited in May. About a month ago I started getting hounded by a collection agency via phone. I did not respond and waited for a written statement. Low and behold, it's Pain Recovery Solutions. Claiming I never paid something that I have proof I paid. The collection agency only has the information from the office, so I call the office only to wait on hold a long time to be told they will call me back. How long will it take to get this worked out?"
"If I could give 0 stars, I would! Rarely, can you get anyone to answer a telephone. Staff is rude when they do return your call? I was told that I had an 11:40 appointment today, and greeted by a closed door. I saw staff walking out and asked what was going on. They told me that they don't schedule 11:40 appointments. Neither of those employees offered to help me for a later appointment. So, I went to my car and left a message to reschedule my appointment; I was hoping that they could see me later in the day. I stayed in the area just waiting. No return calls. After a series of anxious messages left by me, I got calls back. They all sound like robots! Then, I spoke to the so called office manager, who was VERY patronizing! She called me a liar! She also threatened to discharge me from the practice! Not necessary! BCBS and Medicare will be contacted! I have NEVER experienced such unprofessionally poised, so called health care providers!"
