"This place is so strange, like others said VERY nice building, however the quality of care seems to be sub par. I had an 8 AM appointment and still had to wait. The nurse who took me in was very cold and didn't listen to me at all and seemed almost angry at me for no reason. The doctor seemed like she also didn't care and laughed off my symptoms."

"Had first mri ever. Mri tech "Nina davison" rushed me up and said I had to go the second I got out of the tube. They were overbooked and she even put her hands on me to get me up quicker. I was disoriented by the whole process and the ending was very sadly handled. Treat people better. You work in HEALTH CARE. So care about people's health."

Physician “rushed” me through my appointment, interrupting me and not taking into account any information I was providing regarding successful previous care with specialists. He knew everything and had all the answers. I walked out and will be sure not to go back."

"The staff at EAAMC are wonderful. They are very caring and have my best interests at heart when treating me. I have been going there approx. 3 yrs now and they work hand in hand with my other Drs. They due this to make sure there are no medicinal counter indications. The care my family has received is phenomenal."

"I took my mother here for a referral so she could go to the cognitive clinic. First of all the intake nurses were very rude with her and very impatient when she didn't know answers to some of the questions, it was a three hour appointment, during the initial visit with the social worker the whole time she was looking at her watch. Then we left without the referral for the cognitive clinic and I called three times and left messages with the nurse for the doctor asking For the referral, the doctor saw the notes but never bothered to respond or call us back after about a week and a half I had to reach out to the directors office. I finally called back again and spoke with a nurse there who was extremely helpful and friendly and got my mom in appointment within a week. But unfortunately the doctors here are lacking, I will take my mother to her appointment for cognitive and after that we will be finding a new doctor"
