"I originally switched to East Arbor to continue my care with Dr. Frost. I have only seen RN Practitioners since my last visit with as we discussed my not having any more children after a pretty serious set of circumstances during my sons birth. When she began asking me when I was going to do it again, I explained that I didn't know if I could put myself through that as both baby and I were in distress for the last few hours. I was *very* distraught when explaining and confiding in her about my experiences? I was beyond shocked when she proceeded to complete invalidated my traumatic experience (shoulder stuck on pelvic bone, epidural wasn't working, etc etc) during L&D by telling me, "Well, other women have had it much worse than you did, they still do it again.!" I was very appreciative of her when my Mom passed and I called about something. She and I sat and talked for her to just check in with me. But I couldn't get the invalidating of my situation off my mind and couldn't trust her as I should have been able to."

"Best mother and baby care in the country!!! Dr. Bell and staff really care thoroughly for the patients. I once saw Dr. Bell sit in the recovery room with a patient for almost an hour ! World class physician's, nurses, techs and Ma's all the way to evs!"
