"CAUTION! SCUMMY SCAMMERS! I was told on two separate occasions, when booking a vision therapy consultation, that the consultation would be NO COST. I was told this once in December, and again in March when I had the consultation. Weeks later I was slapped with a bill for ~$300. I have since spent weeks with both Clarkson Eyecare corporate (who don't call back when they say they will) and with the local branch (who I also need to call many multiple times since they don't tend to follow up) and they still refuse to honor their mistake and would rather besmirch their reputation over $300. They now claim it was also 'no cost after insurance' however the topic of insurance never once came up when booking the consultation, just 'no cost' and I was never asked about my insurance. To me, a free consultation is a free consultation. Absolutely will never do business with this scammy company again and I'd recommend you to steer far clear!"
