"I do not recommend Brookville. Very unprofessional. I was a patient for a few years there at the wyoming location and am no longer. My visits and phone conversations with staff were getting poorer and poorer at the end. As my health was declining and I could not afford certain prescriptions my doctor there would penalize me with not filling out my FMLA paperwork she had been doin for years nor give me the proper time off work to heal from my lifelong condition due to that fact. I could have been terminated due to zero help on their end. She recommended I get medicaid to help and when I did that office informed me they don't even take medicaid leaving me high n dry. And to top it off when you call in to tell them your symptoms they like to talk about you. I had called to be seen for a kidney infection and Heidi thought I had hung up cuz I was driving and talking thru my car and I heard her tell another staff member that I was insane and extreme. She clearly never had a kidney infection before. I let the office know and she still works there so I'd request to speak to someone else cuz she will definitely talk about you. Unprofessional establishment. I do not recommend."

"I cannot explain how great Brookville Pediatrics is, along with Dr. Haskin! Both of my my kids have gone to this office, and the thorough-level of care is incomparable! Even if we had to see a different provider due to Dr. Haskin was at the other office, we were always given a high level of care! We moved out of the state, and the office we currently go to does not compare to Brookville!"

"I have nothing but awesome things to say about Brookville. The staff is friendly, helpful, kind, and all around awesome! My son happened to get sick late one evening while on vacation. When I called the after hours service they were SO helpful! Not only did the Dr. on call give me advice for my son but also looked up the closest hospital and which one would be best for my son. Their office also called the following day to see how my son was doing. That’s just 1 example of their outstanding service. They’re just 100% great. I fully recommend them."

"Dr. Veld house is an amazing person and doctor. She is always in a great mood and is helpful with any and all questions. She makes you feel at ease with everything and can take care of the whole family. I hate going to doctors offices because of some ocd problems, I have never felt out of place when visiting her and her office. All the staff is great!"

"The staff at Brookville is always attentive and prompt, and so friendly with my girls (ages 8, 6 & 1). Every doctor we have seen is patient and kind and thorough, taking the time to explain and listen to concerns, as well as discuss next steps in the process. We have moved from Wyoming to Hudsonville in the past 5 years, and still continue to make the drive because of the welcoming atmosphere."
