"Not a place that I enjoy visiting. It’s not a welcoming place. They try to push extra exams that are not covered by your insurance and don’t like very much when you decline the offer. They are not disrespectful, but there’s something in the air that doesn’t make you feel comfortable… it feels your are not welcome there. I have been going there for about 8 years now… I know… too much… always trying to change the way how I feel, but next time I will give my business to someone else, just don’t know where."

"They will up-charge you on everything without asking. They tried to get us to do some extra exam that costs more. Luckily we caught it before the exams started. I got charged extra for my exam because of an astigmatism. They added some blue light something on my son's glasses without asking. We wouldn't have even known if we didn't ask for a breakdown of the price. My prescription has been -2.75 for the last few years, but now my prescription is -2.50. Apparently my eyes got better even though my vision seems blurry with my contacts in. I will never go back. Very shady practices"
