"Can you guys please get it together? Working with them feels like I'm on parole, and they are my parole officers. They have technology and internal systems that seem 40 years out of date. Nobody knows how to use the computer system, to a terrifying extent. Need labs sent?.....oh well! Need a change in your meds? Well perhaps they will get it right the 5th time. Only about 1/3 of the staff makes an attempt to listen."
"Very good Drs office. I have been with Dr. Tiburzi for over two years. I he is so amazing! He really shows that he cares about his patience and he loves being a Doctor. He was my prenatal doctor, then he delivered my baby at the hospital and now he is my son‘s Dr. I really appreciate him!"
"This is an amazing Office!! I have been going here for close to 5 years and I have MEVER had a problem. At first I was seeing Dr. Porte, he was incredible. Very knowledgeable!! Dr. Porte then went on to a different office and for the past 3 years I have been seeing Dr Callaghan! I go to this office either weekly or every 2 weeks. I CANNOT even begin to describe how amazing Dr. Callaghan is! She is truly the smartest woman ive ever known! I trust this woman with my LIFE and she not only is a good Dr. she is an incredible person as well! She is one of the VERY FEW Dr.’s I’ve met that actually CARE about her patients! She actually cares about what happens in my life and she strives and pushes me for greatness! I would even go as far to say if she wasn’t my Dr. I would not be alive right now! And idk why all these people are saying that the office staff is rude, they have always greeted me with kindness and respect! I’ve NEVER had a problem with this office! Maybe y’all need to look at how you treat them. They have a very busy job. RESPECT IS EARNED!!"
"We LOVED Dr Porte when he was here! He was always so great with my son and so good with me as a first time mom! The office staff is much different! They are disrespectful and it feels like they are looking for confrontation. They are not helpful and don’t seem to be trained to talk to customers well. When I call in I feel like I’m talking to a teenage girl with the attitudes they have. It’s very disappointing and I will be finding my son another doctor office!"
