"ever since they got bought out, the clinic has become nearly impossible to deal with. the people are often frustrating, and the processes they have been stuck with are infuriating. they made a mistake and said they would have it fixed 3 days ago. i have called every day to follow up and have been given the runaround every damn time. avoid this clinic at all costs unless you have a specific doctor you like and can't see them elsewhere. some of the docs are great, but the corp is godawful."

"If I could give negative stars I would. This company is so difficult to interact with. Trying to communicate with the business office is almost impossible and when you do get ahold of them they are super rude. I didn't think anything could make me love Beacon Health System but South Bend Clinic has made me try harder to make sure my care stays with them."

"love my doctor, but it's a shame he works for such a bad corporation now... ever since SBC was bought out by Duly (DuPage) Medical Group, everything has gotten worse. their communication is now limited to a script, and they ask so many more personal questions than are necessary/they ever did before for no apparent reason and with no explanation, and they don't seem to understand that these changes make the patient experience so much worse, so they just chastise you into compliance. RIP SBC, you were good once, but you've been bought out by a leech of a corp who probably is gathering all this extra data to sell. yet another tombstone in the path of destruction wrought by the medical industrial complex."
