"Wouldn’t go again. I will preface this with the fact that I was literally the only person there (happened today), they had no other customers at ALL. I walked in and instantly felt rushed by her. I don’t feel like she really cared to listen to me at all when I told her that I have history of passing out when getting my blood drawn and I asked if I would have a spot where I could lay down while doing it (as this ensures I won’t pass out). She was very short with me and didn’t really seem to care and just said “we’ll try.” When I asked what she meant by “we’ll try” she said she has something that goes a little bit back. I asked see the area where we would try at, just to make sure it would be enough to keep me from passing out she said “I have to do this paperwork first” I mentioned that it would make her break if I stayed here or go somewhere else that would have an area where I can recline far enough back, so before she got too far in the paperwork I’d like to see. So then she brought me to the room where they have a recliner chair. It seemed like it would probably go back far enough. Overall she seemed very very pushy and gave me no heads up that she was poking me and really just felt very rushed and wanting to be shoved out the door. Normally people that I have told my situation to are very caring and allow me to wait and just lay there for a minute afterwards to make sure I’m not getting dizzy, instead right after the draw was done, she sat the chair up immediately and was like “exit out the door to your right” so I then went back to my car to recline in my driver seat and lay for a minute just to make sure, as I still felt a little lightheaded and did not want to drive home that way. So was very quick, but for my situation absolutely wouldn’t go back, should have just went to urgent care to do it. Would make more sense if they were busy but the entire place was empty and she probably just wanted to get back to doing nothing & being alone in there."

"I had a great experience here— the phlebotomist was very friendly and helped distract me during the draw. I was in an out in less than 10 minutes. It appears that this branch closes for lunch from 12-1, although that may not be reflected when booking— so be sure to avoid that window."

"I was blown away by this location. As someone who has to go through employment tests regularly, I’ve come to expect a horrible level of care, you know the one- dirty, busy, rude. This site was the OPPOSITE. I was in and out in 10 minutes, the building is new and fresh. The staff member was so kind and friendly. I would 1000% recommend this labcorp site to anyone needing testing done. One note- don’t use imaps to navigate here, use google maps or waze. IMAPs has it wrong and it will take you to a residential home."

"My rating should be dependent on me using the service, but their office doesn't seem to be open. I made an appointment and showed up to an empty building and doors locked. I tried again the next day with the same results. I called the phone number to check hours--it goes straight to message and then hangs up. This seems like a pretty lame way to do business. Does corporate know anything about how you're conducting business? What's the deal?"
