"This place, like most health care in the nation right now is completely overwhelmed. That being said, they always take good care of me, and I actually look forward to seeing my doctor. Dr. F. The only reason they are not getting the 5 star is due to long hold times on the phone. Other then that, I recommend them to anyone."

"Quality of care has declined significantly in the past 5 to 10 years. It is horrible now, however, we have little choice but to go with them as they have a Monopoly of almost all healthcare in the area. It is Awful!! Pediatrics used to be amazing and you could get your sick child in to be seen that day, right away. Now they send you with your sick child to the walk-in clinic and you see a General Physician and wait a long time in the waiting room. That is what happened to me last time. Every since they were bought out by other companies, the care has declined significantly. I have been on hold with the Pediatric Office for over 1/2hr!!! You can leave a message, but it just tells you that they will get back to you the next business day. That is ridiculous!! I just want to get my daughter in to be seen if I can and at least find out if they have an opening today, but I can't get through to anyone. That is ridiculous!!"

"So far I have been here twice and I do not have anything negative to say. The receptionist (I can't remember her name) is very friendly. I never feel rushed by her. I've seen her go out of her way to make sure patients are comfortable and she consoled a woman whom was very emotional for some time."

"The doctor who treated me for a really nasty skin care was wonderful. This was on two Wednesdays ago, and I can’t remember her name. She worked so hard in trying to pull the wound together and was determined to give it all her attention. When I got back to Chicago for a follow up with a Northwestern wound care specialist, she looked awestruck. She told me she could not have done anything better and was full of praise for this doc!! Thanks so much!!"

"A new doctor, named Doctor. Schomaker. Is always late for an appointment for me or my two younger siblings. Today he took too long because of a patient with a swollen throat. Me my mom and younger brother came first before the patient he was talking to. I don’t know who hired him, but I highly recommend you don’t have this doctor touch your child. I think he has adhd and he should get fired and the patient was coacasion and my family is African American. We thought it was racist. That’s my review on this doctor."
