They went above and beyond in their assistance, compassion and professionalism in helping my family as my aging father's health declined, with the transition processes and paperwork needed to provide my father with proper care as his needs changed. This includes thorough information regarding health issues and their potential and probable repercussions, access to home health services, power of attorney requirements, and with provision of required information as my father transitions from independent living to residency in a memory care facility. The receptionist in particular is exceptionally kind and compassionate and always thanked my father for his military service when we came to the clinic."
