"Call and made appointments for the family to switch providers. Was told that making the appointments would hold a spot for the Dr. Currently taking patients. Called another later to see if I could get my daughter in sooner because I noticed she was late for some things. Was then told that the provider I already had all the appointments made with was no longer accepting patients and I have to cancel all my made appointments. Some one needs to get there scheduling in order or communication fixed. Not pleased"

"I started today at this practice on a Monday morning with a new edition to the staff, Dr. Baker. The office environment was amazing, as well as all of the staff members I encountered. The doc was pretty fantastic as well. He zeroed in on my specific need, personally addressed it, rather than sending me to a specialist, and answered more questions than I asked. I don't often walk out of a healthcare facility feeling any better. However, today I truly felt like I made a good choice and I feel I have the tools at my disposal to maintain and even improve my health. Also, the whiteboards are filled with jokes! I love cheesy jokes."

"After driving an hour for a doctor appointment I arrived at the wrong address after trying to find them 20 minutes later I just canceled the appointment because if your staff can't provide the right address then what sort of impression does that make for a first time visit"
