"I am sure the practice is great. However if you are a veteran in need of services do not opt for this center. We were scheduled for surgery for 2 months, we received a call 2 days before surgery stating that surgery was canceled because they do not work with the VA. Everyone I spoke to was helpful. However this leaves a bad taste in my mouth... refusing to care for our service men and women."

"Don't expect the doctor be on time.... Surgery was scheduled for 9am and we did not even see the surgeon until 10:15am... They had way to many surgeries scheduled. Based on the check-in board when I got there at 830am they were already behind and there were 3 other surgeries before mine. If the office is going to be this far behind they need to tell people before they arrive"

"I'm not sure if I quite understand why this Hospital received some bad reviews? This multi-specialty, state-of-the-art, outpatient surgical center is terrific. Dr. Leahy combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. He's also an excellent surgeon. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. Everyone is very caring and knowledgeable of their services.They said my operation would be at 7:30 and that's the exact time it happened. I would not hesitate to use Southwest Surgical Again because I know they would take good care of me!"
