"My son just went to the Byron center emergency department. He doesn't have insurance and was told maybe he should go to the place on 44th Street because it might be cheaper!? Seriously, he went to be seen for an eye emergency and was told to find somewhere cheaper? Metro hospital isn't cheaper but, that's where he is now. Where he WILL BE seen! Thanks Trinity health!"

"Phone system is a mess, and when I got through they hung up on me. With my limited contact with them I get the impression that they are severely unorganized and would probably make my issues worse if I let them treat."

"Dr Healy couldn't put the model of a knee replacement back together with his shaky hands. He sent me away without another appointment and left it up to me to figure out what kind of screws were in my knee so he could get the right tool to remove them. My femur is grinding into my tibula so bad my leg bows sideways. I'm in undescribable pain with every step, but I will find a surgeon that wants to help me. Everyone else that I have encountered here were a pleasure to do business with."

"Great care, top shelf. But they should move their handicap parking sign bases off the sidewalk. Current location makes sidewalk impassable once a car parks in one of the spots. I would suggest moving them to the grass. Landscapers may not like it, but users of wheelchairs, walkers, and personal mobility devices would no longer be forced into a vehicle traffic area to transition from their vehicles to the facility and back. Please make this change happen."
