"January 9th, 2023, Doctor Akinli saw my brother and my mother for an evaluation on my brother. His evaluation revealed my brother not only had Bipolar Disorder, but also a moderate mortality rate. The problem here is he never told us anything about it (we know now because of the files given to us by CMH.) Eleven days later, on January 20th, my brother overdosed and committed suicide. Timur Akinli is not a reliable man, because if we had known anything in advance, we may have saved my brother's life."
