"Michigan Pain Big Rapids is a great pain management office. Everyone is kind and genuinely care about you."
"The only bad thing is the waite time to see dr.but oh so worth the waite time he gave me injections in my hip and took good care of me and my pain.will definitely continue going."
"I have been going here for years now because of chronic pain. Fused neck fused lower back. They always listen to my sometimes crazy pains and try to find the reason for it. Always try to give me the best care and I really appreciate the doctor and all the staff. I have never been treated poorly by anyone."
"Very disappointed in what has been happening at MPC in Big Rapids. Was a patient of Dr. Basch for over 10 years. Yes, many times I had to wait a little past my scheduled appointment time. But, Dr. Basch always listened and cared about his patients. Since he left in February the second Doctor who replaced him is leaving in November. (She is going back to the clinic in Greenville.) A third Dr. Is going to replace her. The last appointment I had with her was my final visit with MPC. I am certain that she did not look at any of my records or listen to anything that I said. It is for this reason that I am going to another pain clinic at this time. I have since found out I am not the only one that has complained about Dr. Pullum not listening to patients. MPC lost one of the best doctors when Dr. Basch left. The nurses and staff are A1! They are great. To the staff I say thank you."
