"That one lady that looks like a librarian with the curly hair and glasses is extremely disrespectful and rude. I ordered 2 wake-up wraps and got 1. I called and told her, and she proceeded to be rude and argue with me as if I didn’t know how to count. She then proceeded to say “I guess I’ll refund you for one wake-up wrap”. As she should. Those wake up wraps are 3 dollars."
"Your snack n bacon is always cold and undercooked. Sometimes my coffee is a hit or miss or it’s completely wrong altogether. I hate to complain, but it’s frustrating when you pay for something that’s unsatisfactory and this is the closest location."
"With every Dunkin' being different, as in the employees make or break a store. This one is good, customer service is fast and friendly. It's a small store so they get backed up quickly. Nothing to extreme. Would recommend a revisit."
