"Love. This place would go way more if they had more than one employee working at lunchtime 5 days a week. It's kind of a joke. Who wants to wait 20 minutes for a smoothie, nobody."
"So let me start by saying that this place is always clean and the staff is kind and helpful always, despite having to work with broken or failing equipment.Thank you for that. My concern is with the product to dollar ratio. I eat here often, sevral times a week. I have observed that the go go gogi berry crunch bowl that I get is about half of the size it used to be which is discerning because the $12.85 I pay for it has remained the same. I also have noticed my acai base being blended with water which leaves my BOWL a runny drippy gross mess when I get home....I live 1.2 miles away It's not even the consistency of a smoothie, it's a liquid mess. I understand the prices have gone up on everything...they have for your customers as well and I'm perfectly fine paying what I pay for the bowl but what I won't do is pay for half of the ingredients I was getting, or pay for a puddle with fruit in it. I do hope you will take pride in your brand and stop screwing your customers so that you are able to have more money. We enjoy this store and we are greatful for it to be here. I know yall will do the right thing I look forward to trying it again soon!"
