"I have had very good experiences with the doctors at this clinic, but the receptionists/support staff will make you cry."
"I was just here for blood work. I'm hoping that doctors here have learned some empathy or at least how to better treat their patients. The lady who drew my blood was fantastic and the receptionist was pretty decent too. Otherwise I would've given 1 star. I had a pleasant experience here today, and if I go back again, I may change my rating."
"The additional pain, stress, and struggle you are putting on your mentally ill patients by not being upfront with your policies is shameful. I fail to understand how I can come in and be open and honest about my medical marijuana use, and my mental health goals. Just to be put through eight months of jumping through hoops when the doctor had no intention of helping me to begin with. Not because of a state law but because of a personal policy. Since you don't post your policies I'll do it in this review... don't bother coming here for mental health help if you use a completely legal substance, they're going to send you the clothed testing facilities and doctors that don't take your insurance. You'll be on your own. They're going to have you come in for additional, unnecessary appointments so they can bill your insurance even though they knew they wouldn't help you from your very first appointment. Whether it's because they don't listen or they don't care, I'm not sure but I wasted a year of my life thinking I was actually getting somewhere. It will be no problem finding a doctor who is willing to work with me, like I would have done in the first place had my doctor listened and been honest. Dr. Dilman, do better. How you can sit and listen to someone tell you how much they struggle knowing you're not going to help. Medical marijuana has kept me off of four different anxiety medications for my cPTSD, I wonder why a doctor would have a problem with that."
"I’ve been a patient here for about 4 years and I’ve officially had it. Today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Dr. Dillman was my PCP but I’m going to start the search for a new one because I had a video appointment scheduled for 8:30 am, I got a text after waiting for 5 minutes saying she was running late. That’s understandable to a point. I waited until around 8:45 and then her nurse called to check me in and she would send me the link when she was ready. Admittedly I was already a little frustrated but I waited and finally at 8:56 I called the office and waited another 10 minutes on the phone, mind you still no text that she was ready, when I got through I canceled the appointment. She was over a half hour late and I had to be one of her first patients. I’m sorry that is unacceptable. If I would have been 30+ minutes late they would have canceled my appointment. It’s disrespectful to my time and if she can’t make it in early enough to meet with a patient at 8:30, that time slot should not be made available. I may not be a doctor but my time is important too and the blatant lack of respect for my time is insulting and irresponsible. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with her. Her bedside manor is rough, at best. And this hasn’t been the first time she’s late. Other times it has been me giving her the benefit of the doubt because it’s later in the day and patients can back things up. Today was inexcusable and now I know it’s just her not being mindful or respectful of patients’ time. I’ve always like the support staff there. They’re kind, respectful and caring so this should not reflect on them at all. Strictly on Dr. Dillman who apparently lacks time management skills."
"I've been coming here and bringing my kids here for a long time! Staff is always been very friendly and professional, Dr Dillman and Megan Mauser who's a nurse practitioner are excellent! I can't recall having a bad experience here."
