"This was one of the most traumatizing experiences. The management team was incredibly unprofessional and inexperienced. This practice will lie to you, which is so unfortunate bc in this line of work they should be earning their patients trust. I would not recommend this practice or their Holland location either. Do yourself a favor and go to practice that will respect your needs and wants and especially and faculty you can trust with your most important issues."
