"Eye glasses ordered..the prescription was so messed up..3 months now, have to keep sending them back..498.00. My insurance paid..love the frame. But can't ware and see with them...if you have a choice, don't recommend getting glasses made by them.dont know about the dr. Never met them. NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE!!. NEVER AGAIN!!!"

"If I could give none I would. My daughter gets called back for her eye exam and the assistant in the vision department didn't want me back in the room because the provider doesn't like parents back there. But there's signs all over that say a minor must be accompanied by an adult. It's been over 5 weeks since her exam and purchase of frames and I keep getting "they aren't in yet, we don't know anything" Next is a contact appt and they didn't give me the script, still waiting on that. Then I get a bill for all of it which insurances pays for part and I paid the exam fee already. Absolutely Garbage office to visit."

"My kids are patients at the dental clinic here. I appreciated the elevator option to get up the stairs because I have a disabled daughter. They have strict rules about no shows/late arrivals for Apts and you won't be able to stay a patient after a warning. DR Betsey is good with kids. She had to surgically remove alot of my son's teeth and she was good with explaining things n keeping parents informed. They take alot of insurances including some I had a very difficult time finding anyone else in the whole state of mi. I drive 2 hours to get to her office and I am thankful for their help they also help low income and offer sliding scale services. Thank you family health care center. Their also is a health clinic and vision center and pharmacy in same building. It's located on main rd in town and easy to find"

"I went in gor a hair on my eye. After two different hour log appointments, where I saw the Doctor for 15 minutes or less, I still have a hair on my eye. Going to this clinic for this problem has not helped. Amonth out I still have a hair kn my eye."

"In reading past reviews I decided to share mine. I and my parents have been patients of FHC now for at least 9 years. In those 9 years I have had to deal with some issues with my parents. From the Doctors, PAs, Nurses and the staff who help out with all the other problems from scheduling problems (Which I might add was alot due to my father's illness when he was alive to my moms issues now) to finding the help and care I may need for my parents. They have been and still are so very concerned and understanding. I myself have been seen at the Dental and vision clinics and again both have found issues that have helped in my care. The Dental office has always listened to my needs and everyone there has always been very kind. I have been lucky to have the same dentist and dental hygienist for a few years now that they know me and my dental problems and concerns and address them the best way they can. Also I do use the pharmacy and again no problems, in fact if I can't find something I need I can just ask and more then likely they can order and have there in a day or two. I also like the convenience of everything being in one building."
