"Draconian policies for treatment make this a burden to the community and a danger to individual patients. I like my doctor, but the establishment it's self is what I am reviewing. I would recommend basically any other medical establishment. Behavioral health is great, though."

"I am a home supervisor of an AFC home (adult foster care) I brought in 3 individuals for testing. The MA that came out to test was very impatient and rude. Although I know these tests can be difficult for those with disabilities they should NEVER be treated as if they are not worth the time. To make the comment “I can’t be out here doing this with them all day” after being with them for less than 2 minutes is extremely unprofessional. Although they are different from us does not mean they deserve less. Very disappointed."

"Coming to Muskegon family care was kinda iffy for me at first . But my son happened to get one of the best doctors ever . Dr.Agana is amazing she has been his doctor for about 4 years. She takes her time with him she listens . We see her in the community and she knows who we are . Makes a difference we are not just a number . She always makes sure to do all she can and always makes us feel completely comfortable."

"Dr. Agana saved my family. My 6 yr old son has some mental/ behavioral health issues and life was stressful and exhausting. Dr Agana listens to my concerns and has got him on proper medications that have greatly improved our quality of life, school, and relationships. I like her so much I tried to get her as my primary too but she only takes children. If you’re looking a pediatrician who is great with children, genuine, and wants to help in any way to make sure your family is healthy physically and mentally, Dr. Agana is the one.
