Hackley Community Care is a comprehensive healthcare institution located in Muskegon, Michigan. "If I could give zero stars I would filling fell out, made appointment to get it fixed and the lady in the office wanted me to sign a blank piece of paper and she was tell me what this paper stood for when I told her that I wanted the paper she was telling me about so I could sign that paper. She refused to then they refused to let me go in for my appointment so I had a walk out and then when I called to reschedule my appointment the lady I talk to was so rude and disrespectful and then when I talk to the main person there she told me that they decided to not see me anymore as a patient so I have to find another dentist because they refused to fix my tooth because they would have to do it for free the fact the filling fell out within less than a year of being put in and I wanted it fixed . I no longer have a dentist."
"I highly recommend Dr. Ben and his team in the dental office. I have been a life long terrible dental patient due to some pretty traumatic experiences at other offices and with having oral surgery including extractions. I am extremely pleased to now report after having cavities filled and a extraction that I’m no longer afraid! Dr. Ben and his assistants have made each experience painless and he talks while he works which definitely makes the anxiety go away. I will only from here on out allow this team to care for my oral health."
"Today I came in for my appointment, should of been a cleaning and to look at my infected tooth but since I had my child they couldn't see me. I didn't need x rays again when they just went over that less than a month ago. I had no sitter and really needed to see someone and they couldn't see me because I had my child. I can't always guarantee I'll have a sitter when there is barely any appointment available. So I guess I have to look for another place. Staff was also very rude! The doctor I had before was very kind and helpful"
