"Stopped by to grab something before work and they said the store was closed due to power but the lights were on I can't stand places that don't want to do there job then I waited a while they didn't open and I asked the lady she said she didn't know when they would open but the sign says open shortly no power which is both lies sad that's why nothing last in the city"

"This is the worst rite aid ever open when they want to close when they want to and rude to there customers I walked up one day and they claim there power was out but it was clearly on and they were so mean talking without tryna to help the customer understand and I only had a Amazon package to pick up never go here again especially with the morning crew claiming they have no power and as you see the power is clearly on"

"For over a year I’ve been having problems with them first they sent my son medication back and lied about it I had to wait until the next day to find out what happened from his doctor office who said the lady who told me they never received it signed for it and sent it back now this other lady just irritated me by telling me oh your prescription not here and was giving me something else I had knew nothing about after I literally just got off the phone with my nurse who told me in detail this store information and everything I was picking up instead of her looking for the stuff she wanted to catch an attitude. This the last time I’ll deal with their attitudes and them being unprofessional"
