"I have to say after reading all the reviews I feel much better knowing that it wasn't me that had the attitude problem. I know when ever my Husband or I go into the pharmacy and The guy (pharmacist) is working he will literally walk away from the register and make us wait for someone to go up to the counter. Our meds always seem to be OUT OF STOCK when he is working, However my scripts always seem to get filled early the next day when "CARLA" is working. I will NOT deal with him nor will my Husband. As far as the pharmacy goes I will continue to go as long as I know Carla and Connie are working. They are so on top of things that all this other nonsense DOES NOT HAPPEN. if there is a problem they are on that phone getting it taken care of at that moment. Those two CARE about us as people and take their job seriously. Don't give up if this pharmacy is convenience because of "Him". Carly and Connie are their for you. Hope you all that had a bad experience with we all know who give Rite Aid another chance, I did and I'm glad I did. I will leave that store if those two ever leave. Remember Customers are always right!"
"This rite aid's pharmacy is the worst, every time I call they say "try tomorrow our system is broken" when all i need is to give them a fax for another pharmacy that actually can help me because they wont refill my prescription for isotretinoin which is Accutane if you didnt know, theyve filled it before however now its like one big joke they keep playing where they keep saying call tomorrow or the system is broken and "it cant take any fax numbers right now""
"This pharmacy has the rudest pharmacist I have ever seen; for reference, I’m talking about the middle-aged Indian man who thinks he can come up with smart excuses for anyone to I walk into the pharmacy and I request to talk to the pharmacist, and as soon as he came I questioned why my antibiotic was under filled. Very casually, as if nothing is wrong, he answers with “ok I will give you the rest” as if it’s a normal thing. My daughter was given a 4 day supply of antibiotic instead of the 10 day supply the doctor had prescribed, and now her ear infection is back worse than before as a result. The pharmacist didn’t even care about the situation; he didn’t even apologize for neither the big mistake they made nor the tone he was using with me. He was so rude and made things so much harder when I asked for specific approvals. When I asked him why I had gotten a short amount of antibiotic, his excuse was that they are “short staffed” and “things like this happen because of it”, which is highly unacceptable. When I asked him for the corporate number, he claimed that he didn’t know it, which is pretty absurd for a pharmacy manager. I asked him for his card and name as well, but he only gave me the store card without the name. When I asked for his name for the second time, he made the technician write it down on a small piece of paper. This is by far the worst Rite Aid, let alone pharmacy, that I have ever been to, and it needs to get shut down unless they get better employees who will meet the needs of the customer properly. I don’t encourage/recommend this pharmacy at all whatsoever; it does not seem safe at all, especially since this is not the first time something like this has happened. We will be taking our business elsewhere from this point on."
"OMG, this is literally the 3rd time the pharmacists doesn't want to do business. The first two times, a few weeks ago and it was for me and my sister. Staff would say we don't take Medicaid, and I just hung up with a female pharmacist with an Indian accent, and she said my prescription was deleted. Why would prescription be deleted? Don't you think you should reach out to the patient and let them know? The prescription was sent to the pharmacy yesterday from the urgent care and I just called the urgent care to confirm the location of the pharmacy that the prescription was sent to and they said the prescription was sent to Rite Aid Pharmacy on 15 Mile and Dodge Park. Why would the prescription be deleted??? The pharmacist did not seem interested to solve the issue at all and just wanted to hang up the phone. Terrible customer service, no compassion, don't seem interested in doing business, this is very bad for Rite Aid. I will report this to the higher departments. This pharmacy needs to CLOSE DOWN or hire new staff. I will NOT use RITE AID for anything not just pharmacy!."
"Kind and experienced staff. Pharmacy is great, in all respects. They have upscale snacks and food. And real ale that is not Bud Light. One stop :°)"
