"Needed to get my dogs established at a new vet as I recently moved. I had issues with every step of the visit. The front desk didn’t take my information down correctly or book for both of my dogs, and also was not friendly. None of the employees interacting with my dogs were interested in taking down their medications or learning about their chronic health conditions- pretty critical for continuing their care. When they gave my senior her vaccines, they made her fall and bleed. I think if they had taken the time to understand her health conditions they may not have decided to vaccinate her in that location. They tried to quickly make a joke and get out of the room, but one of them identified themselves as the practice manager before she hurt my dog. Overall it felt very rushed and subpar, certainly not the type of care we’re used to receiving or would like to continue to receive in the future. It was also pretty expensive compared to my other vet, which I can’t justify for the care we received. The owner cannot locate me in their system because my partner made the appointment, and when he called he tried to give my information since I’m the pet owner. They said they’d take it when I got there. I tried twice to update the information on file at my appointment and the front desk staff would not cooperate with my request. I did fill out paperwork, so I’m not sure why they still can’t find me. Clerical error? They then charged me almost 1k for a routine visit and the quote wasn’t provided until after the vaccines were given. I cannot recommend this clinic."

"The absolute best veterinary clinic. I've been going to them for years. Dr. Betsy and the staff are so caring and comforting. They've helped me through some of the roughest times in my life, and there have been a few. They know how important the life of your fur babies are, as well as how much medical assistance can cost sometimes. Dr. Betsy will go over what is necessary to do immediately and what can wait because not everyone, including myself, can afford all of the necessary needs at one time. The very best place to go. In the picture, from front to back are Caruso, Sohcute, Medley, and C.J. They are all rescues from my neighborhood. A few of their siblings did not make it, and Hilton Veterinary Clinic helped me with each one in a very caring and humane way. 5 stars."

"Absolutely FANTASTIC service from the folks at Hilton. • From the start, they ask you to call before entering their lobby. Their lobby is smaller, and they want to make sure all dogs and pet owners are comfortable in the space. This is HUGE! • They're deeply empathetic to your dog's comfort level in the office, and are tuned into your dog's body language so as to not exacerbate an already stimulating environment. • They not only tell you what they're doing, but educating you on the "why" behind what they're doing, as well as offering little knowledge nuggets or tips for further care for your dog. • Finally, you can tell that the entire team truly loves animals, and you just feel good to have your pet in their hands. "I love Hilton Veterinary! They've been so kind, understanding, and accommodating in helping my cats get the care they need throughout the pandemic. They made time for me when they were incredibly busy but never made me feel rushed. I really appreciate the way they interacted with my cats, some vets seem to really specialize in dogs and cats are an afterthought. I never got that impression here. When our cat Red was given a poor prognosis due to a likely cancerous facial tumor, Dr. Betsy was SO compassionate (as was the rest of the staff when I was crying in their lobby!). She immediately agreed to take on hospice care for him until the end, helped me decide about getting further testing with a specialist, and agreed with me that it wasn't quite his time yet. He still had so much life in him despite how sick he was. I'm so happy to say Red somehow completely recovered and just celebrated his 11th birthday! If not for Dr. Betsy, I might have felt pressured to put him to sleep and he might not be here today. Thank you so much Hilton Veterinary!"
