"Above and beyond! If they treat their patients half as good as a stranger with a found cat than you are in great hands. We found ourselves in quite the predicament with a random cat, who wandered into our home, obviously missing her family. We called local veterinarian offices that happen to be closed on Wednesdays and then animal control in Hazel Park was unavailable. This office stepped up to the plate and helped me get this kitty scanned for a microchip! They even got me a cardboard carrier, so she just wasn’t a free range kitty in my car. Luckily, this beautiful cat was micro chipped and because of the effort this veterinarian team put in, we were able to reunite this cat with her mother. Thank you again for helping this awesome cat get home!!!"

"Still in weird covid protocols. Was told by the owner multiple times "I do not care what I charge. " I'll give all of you a free inflationary tip. Never buy your prescriptions here. They are actively hiding fees to inflate the cost of delivering medication to your pets at the individual pill level. Check the prices for your self, I now fill all of my prescriptions thru Chewy. I prefer to do my business and buy all services locally but value is value. Check the mark ups on your prescription bills. Also for the past 3 years after the annual check up visit I'm finding physical issues with my dog missed in the exam in less than 2 weeks. Srry but not srry, I'd rather be truthful than prop their image up because of some weird socio-political thing."

"I really like this veterinarian hospital. I used to take my little boy to Banfield, that place was a nightmare. I'm so glad that I was able to get Lucky into Little Friends of Ferndale. It's fear free and they get your pet in and out quickly. They have state of art technology for your pet and are very thorough. If your looking for a great veterinarian take your pet there. Going there is the greatest decision I've made for my fur baby. They're wonderful people and care about your pet"
