"If I could give this place 0 stars I would today was my first visit with them I was in complete shock of how absolutely disrespectful the lady at the desk was, very rude I got there a half hour early to do my paperwork they didn’t get me in till 20 minutes after my actual appointment time it took me 10 minutes to do my paperwork I had an issue with one of the papers and asked a question about it and one of the nurses was standing behind the receptionist, and was very disrespectful to me. They all stand around talking bad about their patients and are just very rude and disrespectful and some things are just not self-explanatory, especially for elderly people. There’s no need to be rude. Definitely do not recommend them a most definitely won’t go back. I will be finding a new eye doctor."
"When I came in 2020, the doctors were not friendly at all. The 2 I dealt with were even borderline "mean". The nurses/counter people were not friendly either and just played on their phones the whole time.... I decided to come back and give them another chance in January 2023, and it was the exact same! They messed up my appointment that I waited 3 weeks for! In the exam room, the doctor said we didn't even have have a slot open for you today. I said that's ridiculous, I have an appointment I made weeks ago. He escorted me to the lobby and said goodbye before I even completed my exam! I will NOT be back!"
