"I stopped in while on vacation with a broken nose pad on my glasses and a 4 hour drive ahead of me. They fixed them in about 5 minutes at no charge. Very sweet people and amazing service."

"Initial appoint for my son was 4/27/23. Today is 5/30/23. I was told the glasses would be about 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I call and they said next week. Every week was another week OR LATER THIS WEEK. Not one time in 5 WEEKS (knowing my sons glasses are broke and he has poor eye sight) did they ever go out of their way to contact me or keep me in the know in ANY way, unless I called them first. Terrible customer service. After calling today I was informed June 12th. That’s almost 7 weeks for glasses. Doesn’t that seem a little ridiculous ? Especially to never go out of your way to update!? And knowing it will probably be longer because you’ve been told a week or later this week for a month. We didn’t pick cheap glasses by any means but funny the same pair online without insurance is priced below what I paid WITH our insurance(200+$$)Price gauge much? Reimer is a joke. Reimers are getting a terrible name around here for being greedy and crooks. I’m getting my money back and going elsewhere. I will never ever go here again nor will I suggest it to someone else. Coastal woods has amazing customer service and know to the day when their glasses will arrive (2 pairs in now and combined didn’t take this long) and have FAIR prices unlike reimer who jack theirs up to make theirs and empty your pockets!"

"The doctors and staff are nice. The glasses pick up, adjustments, and glasses selection needs to be done by appointment because the walk up time is ridiculous. I feel like they don’t value their patient’s time."

"Very disappointed! When I called to make an appointment I was told that everything was set. The lady I talked to even looked up my insurance to make sure it was time for an exam. I came in for my appointment and was told that my insurance is not accepted. In fact the receptionist said my insurance was never accepted there. I’ve been a patient for the last 6 or so years with the same insurance. So, I was lied to by both employees. I took time off work (no pay) for this appointment. I no longer will recommend Reimer eye center. The receptionists are extremely rude and very incompetent."
