"I trusted her with my baby and when I went to pick her up her whole nose was swollen and bleeding/scabby. She claimed my dog didn’t like the kennel . And she did that to herself … my dog is crate trained and never have issues going inside. If my dog was having anxiety that bad to the point she injured herself why keep her caged ? I don’t trust this company anymore and the looks of my puppies nose doesn’t look like what she said happened. NEVER AGAIN !!!! They did something cruel to her while I was away. My dog never flinches when I go to pet her she trusts me to not do her no harm and to just be petting her . My baby been flinching for 2 days!!!"

"She’s a really good groomer, Bruno is always so handsome when he gets done. The first time she groomed him, he had some irritation from the shampoo, she’s always been mindful every time after. She’s truly a dog whisperer"

"Warning…. Do not let your puppy or dog stay at this girl house. My dog came back with a messed up face and she blamed it on MY DOG SMH then had the nerve to tell me she didn’t give my dog water after a long 4 block run which I don’t believe was done given the fact it was 4 inches of snow on the ground and also 22 degrees out . I would never trust this place again . And I just want to keep everyone’s dog safe because they can’t talk and tell what really happens when we are gone from them."

"Good place to take your pets to get groomed. Only down fall is how long it takes. You can drop off your pet at 10 in the morning and the pet won't be done until 8 or 9 at night."
