"My daughter's pediatrician sent 2 prescriptions to Walgreens pharmacy at 20 S. Telegraph in Waterford. I picked up the prescriptions that evening after work. I was given someone else's medication instead of 1 of my daughter's medications. I immediately returned the medication. The pharmacist refunded my money stating that there is a shortage for 1 of my daughter's medications. He said the medicine should be in the following Monday and I would be called when it is ready for pick up. A month later, I called and was told they have no record of ever receiving the prescription for the medicine that was on shortage."

"Save the headache and hassle. The last few months they have gone downhill. Pharmacy not having insulin ready, they judge you & now apparently give you a certain time you can pick up your prescription. Ive never had any issues with Angela so she is the only nice one they have."

"I’ve been going here for +10 years. I’ve had good and bad experience. Mostly from the pharmacy. They do try their best. They really do get overwhelmed with orders. They are alway busy! At first, they would always get the price wrong for my meds. Eventually, they learned and I learned how to deal with the different meds and prices. Still Hint: Rash is the guy! He knows everything about prices and filling your meds! Highly recommended"
