"The veterinarian is very friendly and personable. She does a great job of walking you through care for your pet and is exceptionally calm in high stress situations. The vet techs are also incredibly efficient here. They make sure that your pet is comfortable while they're performing their tests and procedures. Most of my pets appointments have been with Vet techs and we are rarely ever waiting long. And lastly the clerks are really nice and very friendly people. I'm so lucky to have a veterinarian practice that's very close to my house and has such high quality of human beings working at it. Highly recommend to everyone in the area."

"Always very nice and helpful and literally saved our dog's life a couple years ago. Took our terrier to another vet. And they told us it was just a cold and gave us. Some medication turned out it was l Lupo and doctor Craig diagnosed it before blood test came back. Our dog would have passed away by then. She literally diagnosed it over the phone. Had us come in the side entrance to make sure we did not contaminate any other dogs. Are cats in the building and arranged for us to go to emergency care in orchard Lake immediately? Which they also took great care. And our dog is still with us and doing great. Thanks to doctor Craig and the whole team at family. Pet practice would never take my pets any place Else ever again?"

I took a stray cat I've been working on for over a year to family pet practice after I brought him inside. He needed all of his shots and to be fixed. They were able to work this new cat in to their schedule quickly. I am happy to report this middle-aged cat is doing fantastic. You can tell they really care about the animals.
