"I am a physician who called in to request refills for my mother who is terminally ill. I spoke to a female pharmacist with a strong Indian accent. She was rude on the phone and had extremely poor customer service. I had to maintain my composure to not be rude to her as well but it was tough. I wish Walgreen's would screen their pharmacists better or at least train them to improve their customer service. I will have my mother's doctors send the scripts to another pharmacy."
"This specific Walgreens is so ghetto. They allow their employees to come in when they are sick. I stood so far from this middle aged blonde lady worker who was turning red in the face, spray coughing all over her younger coworker who was scanning my items. I thought pharmacies were a place to get rid of cold/flu/sickness, not catch one.."
