"I booked my 3 month old german shepherd for a bath which included a nail trim with Lorrie. I received her back with multiple nails cut WAY TOO SHORT. It caused bleeding on not one, but two of her paws. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service I received. I wasn’t given an apology nor was there even the decency to let me know when I had picked her up that this was an issue. I was told “she did have some issues with the nails being done, but she’s still a puppy and learning!”. They simply put powder on the nails that were bleeding and said she would be fine and sent a bag of powder home with us for her. Will not be returning with her for service again."

"Sierra always takes the best care of my dog while grooming her! She always comes out of her grooming appointments looking so fresh and cute! My dog loves going to visit the salon :)"

"This store told me that they would not be able to groom my dog, because he has a level 1 heart murmur, even though they had groomed him in the past. I also had him groomed at a different Petco, which knew of his condition. I called the other location, and they confirmed that they can see him. I can understand not taking a dog with a medical condition, but if one location will accept the pet, why not the others? Seems like it's a management decision, customers expect consistency. It's also an inconvenience to have to drive 20 miles to get my dog groomed, when this store is only a few miles away."
