"After a snowboarding accident I found myself in the emergency room with a bad arm fracture. Every single person was professional and incredibly kind. Felt very well taken care of. They were efficient with the visit only taking 2 hours. So thankful to have been in their care."
"I had extremely bad morning nausea for the past week and a half. I could barely keep any food and liquids down. I ended up getting super dizzy at work and was brought here by my manager. Though it did take a little bit of time to get into a room and be seen, they took amazing care of me once they got me to the back. I feel better today than I have been feeling this whole past week. I even got to have an ultrasound and saw my baby for the first time today. They were even able to send in some prescriptions for me for nausea medicine. Thank you to the hardworking staff that took care of me today. I appreciate y'all so very much!!"

"They blew me off entirely. I was just in there for severe abdominal pain after having 2 gallbladder attacks. They blew me off, didnt give me anything for pain or nausea, and completely lacked any empathy. I would have been happy if they even did scans or something to check anything. They did blood work and a urine sample and that's it. I did not feel heard at all and I do not feel as though they cared. My nurse was wonderful and tried her best but unfortunately there is only so much one person can do alone when everything else is against them."
