"Absolutely awful. My son has to have 2 extractions. They gave him the shot then ripped his teeth out, didn't even wait for him to get numb. Now he is Absolutely petrified of the dentist."

"I went to this facility because I was having severe tooth pain and hadn’t been to a dentist in 20 years. The staff and doctor told me repeatedly how beautiful my teeth were and it was greatly apparent how well I took care of them. I was told I had 14 cavities. Only in my molars. I am very nervous with dental procedures so they scheduled me to do one side at a time. The hygienist tried to advocate for me to have the white fillings instead of the silver but the doctor said “I don’t have time.” They ground out the entire centers, front to back leaving just remnants of all six of my molars on the right side of my mouth and packed them with silver. I was MORTIFIED. I have had continued pain since this was done, it looks terrible when I smile or open my mouth. My teeth look black and disgusting, and I hate smiling. I canceled my remaining appointments. I’m writing this because I’ve seen a new provider after moving and they found I have zero cavities, and would be hard pressed to believe I had any to begin with because “you have beautiful teeth and it’s very obvious you take good care of them.” If I did have cavities they wouldn’t have warranted the atrocity Dental Clinics North have done. The pain I was experiencing was from inflamed nerves, not cavities. My fillings are two years old and failing. I just had to have a tooth pulled because my teeth are cracking, and because they are mostly the silver filling and not much tooth left they can’t be saved. This dental clinic is horrible. To tell me how beautiful my smile is and proceed to destroy it. I made them well aware I had health issues that affected my teeth, and that if I started losing them it would cause a snowball effect. My smile is the last thing I loved about my appearance. SHAME ON YOU Dental Clinics North! I can’t explain the rage I feel over this! I am disabled and live in poverty and the cost of repairing this damage is SUBSTANTIAL"

"Would give zero stars if I could. Super rude and unprofessional last time I went. Nothing was explained to me by hygienist or dentist and anytime I would go to ask a question I was met with an attitude as if I'm bothering her and angry sighs! I jumped when she cleaned my teeth bc she hit a nerve & seemed to anger her even more... The filling I just had done a few months prior came out and there's a huge hole with some decay and pain/sensitivity. Never been to a place that treats their patients with zero respect or empathy. Here's a warning to anyone who might go to DCN Gaylord- Do yourself a favor and find a better dentist facility."

"Edit: Dr. Kuiper has done a great job working on my teeth. His services have been generally outstanding. First impressions last, I find it unfortunate to not be able to give this practice 5 stars-I will however give it 4. Dentistry is a tough profession, especially if your clientele is mostly kids, and his patience is why I like his dental practicing. The dentistry is lucky to have great assistants. My first visit the Dentist left a wad of cotton in my mouth and felt it was worth mentioning the sheriff station across the road. The second visit was a slightly younger dentist who did great my next visit for preparing my tooth for a crown. The subsequent two visits for attempts at getting a crown were failures. Apparently it’s the manufacturers fault, which is understandable. They seem to think that the “kids” chair and sunglasses are for adults. 2/4 visits have been good. Hopefully this next visit goes well enough to edit this review. Respect your customers. Tardiness is no excuse for disrespect or reprimand when you’re paying hundreds of dollars."
