"The first and only dog that I raised for 11 years was put down by this facility because no one in Otsego county was available on a Saturday. Here it is two weeks later and this has been the worst experience I could have ever imagined. It's not like this establishment is a business that you can make right the disappointment when the treatment was end of life care. Not only was our order messed up for our paw prints, and severely delayed, we've had to make three trips to Petoskey when our fur child has been shipped back and fourth to literally 3 miles from my home in Gaylord to Family Pet Crematory.. Google maps to Jensen's is 34 miles. So all the round trips is over 100 miles because our daughter went in for a ear infection and that was not the issue she was riddled with cancer and deserved not to suffer. This isn't what I thought this experience would be. Jensen's and the miscommunication have led to me very disappointed in their services. Word of advice is if you live in Otsego county and have to use this facility for end of life care just have your animal returned to you and go directly to Family Pet Crematory."

"Very compassionate and knowledgeable , and they don't try to force you to buy your animals prescription drugs from them, that's probably why their prices are very competitive with the drug stores. Nothing at all like my experiences from Jordan valley veterinarians. Thank you Jensen's animal hospital, for putting the animals over your profits"

"The wait wasn't long at all. They had a quick diagnosis and took care of our needs though I thought they'd want to spend more time with my Animal to see what else could possibly be wrong with her. But alas. My furbaby is all better"

"I wish I could give Jensen’s 10 stars! We are new to the area and were looking for a great vet to get established with while also getting some orthopedic issues figured out with our oldest dog. From the moment we walked in for both appointments, until we left, everyone was phenomenal! We were privileged enough to work with Dr. Bair and Dr. Warnemuende, both absolutely fantastic and thorough. They were very accommodating to our older dog, even though she can be very difficult in a vet setting. Of all the vets we have worked with over the years due to military life, this has by far been the most pleasant experiences we have had. Thank you from us, Piper, and Kino! "Highly recommend Jensens. We took our bulldog here after calling around to several other places who were booked solid. We were able to get a same day appointment. Everyone was so friendly and we didn’t have to wait. After filling out the paperwork we were called back immediately. Dr. Bear was extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. She walked me through his exam findings and his at home care. She also answered my many questions. Very happy to have found a vet we can trust and will be happy to return to."
