"Takes forever to refill prescriptions. Have had to make multiple reminder calls, while out of medication. If I call to early to refill because they take longer than their 48 hr time frame, I end up getting a msg saying it’s to early to authorize. If I wait until I have a few days left I end up running out and waiting up to a week for them to authorize it. I think it’s time I found ANOTHER family dr again. Maybe 3rd times a charm."

"Staff is friendly and care was good, but be aware that not all providers are in network for the same insurance. My family has seen two providers here, one in network, and one unexpectedly out of network. Double check before you go to avoid unexpected charges because McLaren will *not* work with you on them. I will not be returning after this billing experience."

"When my primary care physician for over 10 years moved, I was looking for someone new for myself and my daughters. We started seeing Ashely Groters about a year ago and she is AMAZING!! The staff at the front desk is always super friendly and helpful. They will work to find appointments that fit into my schedule and grouping my whole family to come in together. Ashley goes above and beyond in every appointment. I may have a hundred questions, but she never makes me feel like I need to not ask because of a time constraint or that anything I am asking is a dumb thing to ask. I've had to call and leave a message with questions and I get a call right back with the information I am seeking. I've also used Jamie, who is a new doctor there when Ashley was out for the day. She was extremely thorough too. I don't dread going in, and neither do my daughters. Everyone there makes them feel comfortable with whatever they need. I HIGHLY recommend. This is the best doctors office I've ever been too."

"Overall an inconvenient place to receive health care. Only place where I had to go out of my way to both pick up new patient paperwork and drop it off 24 hours before the appointment. Once you arrive they refuse to see you if you have one vague symptom out of 10 (which I called ahead of time to let them know my 2 year old had a stuffy nose.) However they had us come into the waiting room to tell me she can’t be seen...Doesn’t make sense if you are concerned about safety. It appears that critical thinking has left the healthcare field in exchange for hysteria. As a nurse it is sad to see a place create such barriers to receiving healthcare."

"Once we got to actually see the practitioner the experience was excellent, however the front office staff could have been more attentive. If you, as a receptionist, are busy with something else when the patient comes in, at least make eye contact with the patient, and a brief nod would help so the patient is aware that you have seen them."
