"I broke my tooth, and called the dentist's office the night before and left a message. I didn't hear from them and called again. This time the lewiston office called and referred me to the Gaylord office. I called them left a message, and they returned my call. I was able to get in even though they were busy and they extracted my broken tooth. They explained the next steps very efficiently. I recommend this dental practice."
"Shepard is an absolutely incompetent dentist that should have her license revoked. Went for a cleaning and had her tell me that it looked like one of my fillings was cracked and leaking something then sent me on my way with no X-rays to make sure it wasn’t infected. A double root canal later because the tooth was infected got down into my bone and infected the tooth in front of it. The assistants are absolutely wonderful people though and had me come is asap when they had heard about my discomfort with my teeth."
